We do not offer refunds. We do not accept “cancellations” as well. We are happy to exchange an item for you if we haven’t shipped it yet, just shoot us an email.
You may return your items for store credit or exchange only. Within 10 days! All items being returned must have tags attached and unworn. Perfect condition. No makeup or deodorant stains. Shoes must be returned in original box, unworn, no damage to bottom of shoes. Must have original receipt or email confirmation for return.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN:
Place your items in a polymailer (the original one we sent is fine). Take your package to your local post office and pay the correct amount for postage. We do not provide shipping labels unless stated otherwise.
Please email us and we will give you the return address. We will notify you via email once we have received your return. At that time, we will inspect the items, and will issue you a custom discount code to use on future orders.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
